Who We Are
We’re a different type of community living home. We share an experience and a place to call home for however long that may be. Our goal is to offer a variety of programs geared for adults and youth who have a disability and/or in a CPS environment. In which increase awareness to the community that they belong, Inspire their minds to conquer all, offer in home care, create independence
